Tuition:
Passport to Languages does not prorate tuition based on the number of classes a student is able to attend.
Students may be allowed, however (when possible given space and teacher approval), to make up a missed class by attending a different class in the current session. Please contact Passport to Languages if you would like to attend a different class so that we may ask the instructor.
Refund Policy:
If a student withdraws from a class prior to the second class meeting date, the student can request a refund or a credit. However, notification of withdrawal must be received via email prior to the start of the second class.
Class Cancellations:
Due to insufficient enrollment: If Passport to Languages cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, students will be notified via email and tuition will be refunded.
Due to weather (when classes are in person): If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, Passport to Languages will notify you via email or text message (if you have a cell phone number on file). Passport to Languages will make every effort to make up cancelled classes.

Please note: Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however, you do not need to create a PayPal account; you may simply pay using a credit card. Upon payment, PayPal will send a confirmation directly to the email you provided.
A day or two after your payment is received by Passport to Languages, we will send a confirmation of your registration to the email address you provided with your payment.
