This course is designed for students who enrolled in the Beginner 2 class (Wed 6pm) in Spring Session 1 (the class title remains the same) or anyone who has some previous basic knowledge of Italian (i.e. present tense of are-ere-ire verbs) and does not need an introductory course.

  • Course topics this session: family vocabulary, descriptive adjectives, possessive adjectives, idiomatic expressions with avere and continued practice present tense verbs.

This course is designed for intermediate level students.  The course uses the textbook Realidades 3 which reviews various grammar      concepts while introducing new vocabulary. 

  • Course topics this session: Chapter 8 of Realidades 3 (expressing opinions, subjunctive tense and subjunctive clauses). Students will also continue to practice the preterite and imperfect tenses, in addition to other digital/multimedia materials provided by the instructor.
