This is an introductory course designed for people who have no prior knowledge of Italian.

  • Course topics this session: pronunciation, greeting, days, dates, numbers, expressing personal information and an introduction to basic grammar concepts.

This course is designed for students who were enrolled in the Introduction to Italian class (Tues 7pm) in Fall Session 1 or anyone who has some previous knowledge of basic Italian and does not need an introductory course.

  • Course topics this session: food vocabulary, dialogues and expressions related to ordering food, expressing likes and dislikes, "are" verbs and continued practice of topics presented in the introductory course.

  • Course topics this session: hotel vocabulary, dialogues and expressions related to hotel stays, and irregular verbs
